"The food and service were great as usual. I was, however, disappointed going to the restroom. The hallway leading to the restrooms was cluttered with extra tables and chairs. While the restroom was technically accessible, no one in a wheelchair would have been able to use them because access was blocked. I was very disappointed in this disrespect for any customer that would not have been able to use a restroom."

"Went before a Blue Jackets game. We did not see where we could make a reservation on Yelp. So walked in for dinner and the host/hostess, not sure of the gender, was rude when he told us we could not sit nor were we allowed to wait. He provided no other option. When asked if we could get food at the bar he said we could but the rudeness caught us off guard. The bar was busy but we were able to get food. So service just wasn't very good."

"Went here for my birthday and had a last minute cancellation, so I was alone. Still, the staff made sure to treat me extra special! I had gone before probably 4 months back and my server remembered me. Other servers came up and wished me a happy birthday as well. The bartender made me an NA spritz that was delicious! & of course the food is always perfect. There's lots of great Italian in Columbus, but so far Speck tops them."
