"Best Buy has the absolute worst customer I have ever encountered. The mere fact that you cannot call the store where you purchased your item, is outrageous. We purchased what was recommended, and it doesn't work. Can we call and speak with ANYONE state side, nope. Worst, buyer beware!!!"

"No problems for me. I went in to have the screen replaced on my iPad. The man said it would take a day to get it finished because they did not have the actual screen in stock. They were right, I did get it the next day and everything works great! Also, I notice that they do UPS shipments, so I brought in a package to have shipped out. Everything went well. Thank you!"
